Luis Antonio Molina Chacón was appointed as the Vice Minister of Expenditures at the Ministry of Finance on September 6, 2023. He holds a Master's degree in Economics, Regulation, and Competition of Public Services from the University of Barcelona, Spain, and a Bachelor's degree in Law with a focus on Technology, E-Commerce, and Telecommunications from the University of Costa Rica. Additionally, he earned a Diploma in Strategic Management of Public Organizations from the Ortega y Gasset University Research Institute in Spain.
